YOUR TELEGRAM BY PERSONAL MESSENGER:

- For delivery in the UK only.

- Delivery will take place the next working day or Saturday before 6 p.m., to more than 99% of the country, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey (see below for exceptions).

- If there is no-one to sign for your telegram, we will leave a pick-up card in the mailbox.

- We will keep the telegram for 3 weeks. If it is not picked up (at the nearby post-office), it will be regarded as undeliverable.

- At an additional cost, we can report delivery of your telegram back to you with the signature if and when available.

- We can report back after 2-5 days with the status at that moment, and/or when the telegram has been completely finalized (so including a potential waiting time of 3 weeks). You can indicate with each order if you want your telegram confirmed once or twice or not. If you choose to not have a delivery report, we cannot answer any queries regarding the delivery of your telegram.

- Your order must be placed before 4 p.m. for processing on that day and delivery the next day.

- Please note that orders placed after 4 p.m. on Friday (or Thursday if Friday is a bank holiday) will not be processed until Monday.

- No delivery on Sundays, public and bank holidays.

- We do not process telegrams on bank holidays.

- We will refund your money if we do not deliver before 6 p.m. the next working day or Saturday (except for the postcodes below).

- This guarantee does not apply if we are unable to find someone to sign for the delivery, and have to leave a “We're holding a telegram for you” card.

- Telegrams to hotels and other public places are delivered at the reception of the place. Delivery to the recipient by their staff cannot be guaranteed and therefore these telegrams are non refundable.

- We accept ALL orders, including wrongly addressed ones. You are responsible for the address and for delays because of a wrongly addressed telegram.

Although extremely unlikely, occasionally a Telegram can indeed get delayed or lost in the post. Unfortunately, TelegramsOnline is unable to offer refunds in such circumstances as these occurrences are out of our control. We are also unable to answer any questions regarding delivery.
